Penthouse then Interactive menu > Penthouse Management > Place Decorations.

It doesn't matter. I'm just calling her for work and now I've done 8 missions for her (trying to get all the awards). Every single mission has been different.

 

Edit: Alright, number 9 was a repeat. So there are at least 8 individual missions. That's cool!

I think it increases the more rooms you buy for the Penthouse.

I think it maxes out at a thousand.

I've been seeing this asked a lot and people keep giving wrong answers.

 

There are 6 Baker missions that you can trigger by visiting the corona in the casino near the table games. These are more detailed missions and require at least 2 players. They are pretty difficult, and you get an 800 RP/$50,000 award for each one the first time you complete it. You also get additional awards for completing them in order, etc. Once you have completed all 6, you are given an Armored Paragon.

 

Separately, there are at least 10 missions you can trigger by calling Ms. Baker. These are separate from those other 6. They take place in a free lobby, and are pretty simple. You are awarded at least $6,000 in cash and $5,000 in chips, give or take, for each mission. Completing these missions a certain amount of times gets you a bronze, silver, gold, etc. award, along with additional cash (I am not done yet, but so far it's $10k for 5 jobs (bronze), $20k for 10 jobs (silver), and $50k for 25 jobs (gold)).

Wow the Penthouse is great!  Shame the office add-on is a bit pointless though.  Computer can be used to access any businesses, and the safe is just another useless feature with no interaction other than to open and close. Maybe the office will become more useful later on, I hope.
