Is there actually a mod that removes GFWL from the whole game including menu and all?

I know that there is the simple xliveless dll modification but I was wondering if there is a mod that goes a step farther and annihilates any traces of GFWL in GTA4 like removing it from the menu and so on. There is a mod for this for Fallout 3. Does something like this exist for GTA4 and would it also work with the latest Steam version? But even if not, dont mind downgrading.

 

I still dont get why Rockstar left a useless GFWL in their game, even with the update that came out a year ago. I dont even. PC port quality I guess. I dont mind the social club, actually quite cool but the GFWL client is a bane to PC gamers.

Well it's not entirely useless, it's needed for Multiplayer. XLiveless is the only thing regarding that.
