Can't ignore someone signature

As in the title, why can't?

There should be an X in the top right of each signature:

Yes I know, but there is a message that says failed to ignore the signature.

I can confirm there is an issue when trying to ignore a signature it gives you a popup that says...

 

 

BUT it doesn't give you that issue if you select Hide All Signatures only Hide Member Signature
