How to:

Go to the gym "Below the Belt" in LV, learn the fighting style and beat the blue pants man in the sparring match. Every time you win, the game spawns 1 spectator dude in the red pants. Since the game doesn't despawn the redpants dude, you can spawn them almost infinitely (until the game decides to kill itself). This glitch was found by a user named ひさんちゅ/hisan-chu (no meaning) and posted to an old japanese SA fan site many many years ago. And since my Engwish became just good enough (I hope), I decided to publish this to this website, to the world so everyone can enjoy duping these redpants and blow them up- I mean, play with them.

 

The glitch worked on iOS and PS2 japanese edition at least.
