I love GTA 4 storyline but GTA 4 had nothing to do after finishing the game, is RDR2 like GTA 4 but with amount of content just like GTA 5?

It depends on what you mean by “finishing the game”..? There are tons of stuff to do in the game before it is “finished”.But in my opinion, the open world could have been made to feel more alive once the story has concluded.

Thought same thing to myself, but ended up buying it. Have played 2-3hrs s far and need to commit. Hear it takes 40+ to beat which is a big ask but  something you can keep coming back to I guess. Right about now seems like perfect time as there are a huge amount of "big" releases until this Fall and holiday season.

Rdr2 does seem to have a lot of content aside from story but it depends whether it's content you enjoy as it's set over 100yrs before GTA 4 or 5. The world is amazing to explore though.

Story-wise it has it's silly moments but generally has a serious story like gta4.

I always felt that GTA 4 had more to do after finishing the game than GTA V but whatevs. Either way there is a truckload of things to do outside of missions in RDR2 so yeah so I would recommend it if that's what you're looking for. I wouldn't describe it as either amazing or mediocre though. It's very good but flawed in a lot of ways.

This is a game all about immersion and mostly you need to play this slowly and take it all in ... if that is not your way of playing games then this game is probably not for you or let's say you will miss out on a LOT of stuff, amazing stuff during your time with it!

Also the game's story is absolutely massive and Rockstar Games' biggest to date ... as for stuff to do once you completed the main story ... I reckon that totally depends on how you approached the game. I for once certainly had not much left to do after I finished the story because I did all the "side" stuff in between main missions, etc. ... but to be fair this is a game where "side" and "main" stuff almost go hand-in-hand ... there isn't a significant difference as we know it from previous games and I'd say it's just one of many reasons why this is such an amazing experience.
