Yellow/Pink markers and arrows disappearing

Hi GTAForums, 

I need your help because I encountered an issue with my savefile. 
For some reason, the arrows/targets in my savefile stopped appearing, this is annoying for my 100% quest since I had yet to complete Taxi side mission and now I can't find any passenger. 
I was using mods, however none of them seem to affect this (I had a backup folder with the OG files of the game, tested and they still weren't there) and upon further research I've read that saving in the Cherry Popper is a bad idea. I recall saving there and discovering the issue after loading my save from there
Could this be the issue?
Can I fix it?
If not, I'll just start all over again (again).
