Twitch Benefits Missing?

Today I got the message that I received my Twitch Benefits.

 

The $300 and special ammo bundle showed up but the Carcano Rifle didn't. Is anyone else missing that?

I'm not a rank 50 yet so does anyone know if that's the reason? The Carcano rifle unlocks at rank 50. Maybe once I hit rank 50 it will be free? Anyone know?

Its should be unlocked for you to purchase and your missing the clothing outfit that coming soon

You're saying it should be unlocked now or once I hit rank 50?

 

I went to the gun store and it wouldn't let me buy it.

As  far as anyone can tell the Carcano part of the offer is not live yet.
