Found a glitch when ordering a new special cargo warehouse on pc version

Hey everyone i found a very bad glitch yesterday here what happen i was trying to buy a special cargo warehouse when i buy one the warehouse map kind froze i can't get out of the map i try to find a new session i was still on the warehouse map i then try to go on story mode but i was still on the warehouse map again has anyone else encounter this glitch ????

Very unusual - I assume restarting the game fixed it?

ive seen it too but in vehicle warehouse screen locked on screen after selecting selling location type, restart fixes though
