Strange bug with replaying story missions

Hi all,

When I've tried to replay missions in story mode on one of my save files, I've encountered various bugs that I don't seem to encounter on my other save. For instance, when replaying The Jewel Store Job, this happens.

 

Also, replaying the heist prep mission "Masks" for the Blitz Play heist is impossible because the mission fails immediately for not having enough money to buy the masks. None of this happens on any other save file.

Anything I can do to fix this? I'm on PC if that has anything to do with it.
