spydr31 Posted April 19, 2003 Share Posted April 19, 2003 I found that if you do a unique jump, it appears about 90% of the time after that. I could never get one to appear in Vice Point and I couldn't get the PCJ to appear for PCJ Playground, then I would do the jump over the bridge heading south towards the police station and then both would appear.
