Can´t use OpenIV, GTA 5 still running Error

So i have gta 5, i bought it on the rockstar website, so i installed Gta 5 and installed OpenIV, but i can+t locate the gta 5 folder because it says that gta is still running. I checked Task managr, and my malwarebytes , but nothing is running or stopping this proggram. Please help...
