I kind of wish the OP would have included the High Roller as well. Also, I feel that the Sawed Offs should've been taken out since they're shotguns. Ain't my game though so whatevs.

The double action revolver is the high roller revolver as far as I know. It just has a little extra paint. Just like you get variations of other guns like the rare double barrel, rare this and that.

I understand that people want revolvers in a western, and I certainly agree they fit the theme much better; but the semi-auto has such a charm to it. I consider it a bit of an acquired taste visually, many don't like it, but I happen to think it looks very gorgeous and classy, the way I have it with pearl grip, blue-black metal and bright silver inlay, it really looks like a gun a sultan or a monarch would carry. Only thing I'd like better is the high-power browning from rdr1.

so true. i one hundred percent agree with you. yes i know revolvers are the main weapons of westerns. but i just love the semi auto and mauser much better. and i also agree about adding the high power pistol. that is a must have.

-2 Volcanic Pistol.  In don’t think any player has ever attacked me with a Volcanic Pistol, let alone managed to kill me with one in free roam.

 

+1 Semi Automatic Pistol - Head shots are all very well and good.  But, sometimes you just want to absolutely riddle an enemy with bullets.  The Semi Auto Pistol is the best weapon for that job.

[Leftover Pizza]

I don't get the dislike for the Volcanic Pistol. It has good damage, good fire rate and the range isn't too shabby either. I'm dual wielding it. 8 rounds each, reloading is fast and this is basically a short range repeater. I don't understand the low rating for it in this game.
