Did you close the shrotcut down at Santa Maria Bridge? Why did you? I always like used go down there cuz route faster than go road and smashing everything and make slower

no news atm.

i'm finishing those big buildings and roads,fixing some bug on models and also on texture (uv map) , after they completed i'll be moving to props and enviroment and after that , will be working on NVC , 2dfx , object animation , and UV anim , after that the project will be released.

Sorry for many absence ,here is an update ,i wonder how it will looks like when this thing has animation so i put animation in this small flags.

remember this is only a prototype perhaps i'm gonna remake it or add some lights/fire particle :/

 

i really hope that i could finish this project this month or next month atleast.

Nice to see constant updates again! but right now I'm wondering if there's something considered to be added  between the restaurants and the ferris wheel. Perhaps adding a roller coaster and a workers parking area could be a great way to fill that empty section of the pier.

This is what I'm thinking about:

.-Fishing platforms: half the heigh of the pier.

.-lifeguard dock: at sea level with quick access to boats.

.-attractions park: a roller coaster, among other smaller games, next to the ferris wheel. The ferris wheel could be rotated 45° from its current orientation.

.-kiosks: duplicate them along the pier & increase its walking area by 2.

.-workers parking area: half the size of the public parking area, with a side ladder with access to the beach.

.-boulevard: increase the walking area by 2 for having enough room for props or any other similar addition without interfering with the peds' walking path..

.-restaurant: big building with access to the beach.

 

The main idea is to keep the SA proportions but at the same time to turn the pier into an actual turistic location.

I will see if I can contribute with something else more than just suggestions/requests 😅 As for the parking area and restaurant, both things can be easily solved. The access to the parking area could be moved from between those two buildings as I first suggested, to the south side of the colored buildings where there's currently nothing. And, about the restaurant covering the graffitis, well, that could be solved by extending that wall though the beach until the mentioned restaurant can fit over it.

- Expanding some area for parking area and kiosk and stall

- improved some building location due to the expand

- improved collision for some building ( prevent crashes due to high poly)

- improved road texture , wooden floor

- fix some bad uv map

oh good then, but hey lets say i just mention it so u wont forget about it ;)

 

anyway, the kiosk too saturated the color, is it normal and realistic, can turn it down a bit the color kiosk?

(If my english broking, sorry alright)

I was seeing the screenshots and was about to ask the name of the road texture to change it for default (since it was pretty flat in the first screenshots) and not be that guy that asks for something to look more Vanilla, but damn, now i think that's out of the picture, still, this looks Dope

Edit: However, i can still ask, what about giving the road the same colors the vanilla roads have while at the same time preserving the changes?
