NoReplys
Crack factory in Doherty seems to be buggy only using this mod. LOD building and the factory's texture is flickering on the right side of the pic above (The destroyed building is merged with the undestroyed building model probably) This doesn't appear when playing a new game with this mod, as well as after finishing the mission where you destroyed the crack factory (Yay Kaboom Boom). Yeah, sadly this is a bug from the mod. No idea if will be fixed or something. It happens when deleting one line or more from binary item placement. Ryder OG
I need a fix for this =( It's a great mod, I wonder where the author is? By any chance, do you know the name of the file that generates this error? So this bug happens because the game gets confused when you load an old save mixed in with your new map modifications since the game loads map data from the save and your map files. But if that is the only bug you get from this mod, there are 2 solutions: 1. Start a new game since your new saves from now on will contain the new modded map data. 2. Avoid using the problematic map files. The problematic files for the destroyed factory: - LAe.ide - LAe.ipl - lae_stream0.ipl - lae_stream1.ipl - lae_stream2.ipl - lae_stream3.ipl - lae_stream4.ipl - lae_stream5.ipl Then for the floating LOD building next to it: - LAhills.ide - LAhills.ipl - lahills_5.col - lahills_stream0.ipl - lahills_stream1.ipl - lahills_stream2.ipl - lahills_stream3.ipl - lahills_stream4.ipl All the other data and gta3img files appear to work correctly with older saves. So far, the only workaround I found is by using a trainer to reload the mission Yay Ka-Boom-Boom which will re-destroy the factory so that it appears correctly. Unfortunately, I have no "fix" for the buggy LOD building. It is the crackbuild_SFS.dff and the LOD is LOD_sfs047.dff. It's also not solid by the way. Another thing that bugs me is that both objects are stored in sfse.ipl which this mod does not touch so I don't understand why it's interfering here. Angel Bryan
Excellent mod. Would it be possible to combine both the PS2 and Xbox map features while maintaining the PC ones? That would be a dream mod and a lot of us in the community will appreciate it very much. By the way, what does the file "gen_int4_stream0" adds? I am using this mod along with the PS2 models from the San Andreas: PS2 Features To PC guide and it's a file that is present in both mods. The PS2 models one is 11 KB and this from the Xbox map is 10 KB. I wonder how they will conflict. ElYisusKing
i thought this bug was by mixing the PS2 map fixes with the Xbox one, but apparently it's a bug from this mod Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/930999-sa-xbox-map-features/page/2/#findComment-1072484898 Share on other sites
