When I traded in my tinsel towers apartment to get the free apartment with the online pack I traded it in got the money and I had a spare garage with 4 other cars in it and the cars in my tinsel towers apartment are gone and I was going to sell them to buy a Supra I NEED HELP my cars are gone

Try calling your mechanic, they used to go under a tab called Storage or Stored if im correct.

Huh? Tinsel Towers apartments have 10-car garages only, so you downgraded to get the free apartment with the online pack?

 

If you did that, then part of your vehicles went to storage, you can still call them in free roam via the mechanic.

 

But if all of your cars I'm gone, there's nothing we can do and you should contact R* Support.

As Pedinhuh said, putting 10 cars into a 2 car garage will leave you with 2 visible cars, and 8 others that are classed as "in storage" and can be called via the Mechanic or Office Assistant.

From his description it seems pretty likely that it has. Rockstar support should be used for genuine issues, instead of newbies still finding out how the game works.

Rockstar support is used for any support a player may require on a Rockstar game. And What description are you referring to?
