AirWolf359 4,654
Probably a CPU bottleneck while driving fast (yes, 1 thread at 100% is a CPU bottleneck, even when all the others are idle. GTA V has issues with load distribution) Set Extended distance scaling all the way down in Advanced Graphics. GTA V also loves to use a lot of RAM. If it is 2x 4GB, make sure it is running in dual-channel mode. (see motherboard manual/Bios settings) And close any unused applications while playing. This gives GTA V more headroom so there will be less page swapping and less stutter. Edited July 11, 2019 by AirWolf359
