Liljoed72 Posted April 19, 2003 Share Posted April 19, 2003 i went up stair to vice today. i jacked a car and headed toward downtown then roads were gettin blocky and i could see blue hell once and awhile then the game froze and it sed loading. after like 5 mins the game started running but like 30 secongd later i froze again. ii whipped out the disc and nticed a huge scratch on the disc. i was wonderin if anyone knew how do fix the game. I left the game on for a while and just forgot about it then wen i went to play it again it just froze and said loading. Any ways,a microfiber polishing cloth and some rubbing alcohol works bell with the Silver discs that PS1 has,but i don't know how it'll work on the Blue disc?Probally the same i think,but if its scratched.....well either buy a new disc out of the "freebees" section out of your paper,or so what i said earlier. Buffing can't usually fix scratches,but it might freeze.I had to send my PS2 to Sony to fix the eye because VC and all of my other games wouldn't play,but my disc was scratch-free. Most stores have a return policy of about a month, maybe he got it scratched after the policy expired, in which case he's f*cked. my disc is cracked, and i would return it, but i got it in october, so thats no longer an option. Granted, most ppl probably don't care to hear about his scratched disc, the same way i don't care about your opinion of VC vs. GTA3, or the amount of money you got for it.
