Two guys that i know messing with Cutscenes are Axorb and MaxVidyStudios . ( I don't really want to tell what mod he uses to do that because this isn't the right place but if you asking , fine . [ Note : Again , this is not the right place to discuss mods . I'm understand ] He uses Cheat Menu by UNRATED69 ( https://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=16581 ) .
