IIRC another player doesn't actually have to be near where the police vans spawn. There just has to be another player in the session who hasn't unlocked Packie yet.

Because it was related to the S&F missions where you collect UFO parts for that hippy guy. There’s also dialogue that was cut referring to flying a ufo as well as space weapons, which are the atomizer, hellbringer, etc. We eventually got those weapons so it’s not out of the realm of possibility that we’ll see the pilotable UFO someday. Rockstar did the same to 6 games (Max Payne 3, LA Noire, GTA Vice City, GTA 3, GTAIV, GTAV)

I doubt it's an actual DLC, more like a bundle that contain another game, or a list of bundles, where each game gets you another game or a low cost bundle that contain the six mentioned games.

Well, there are three DLC packages, 772620, 772621, 772622 that are basically bundles that contain the Starter Pack and a Shark Card.

Yeah, I understand, but I'm talking about the fact it's separate games that have their own store pages,while this is "content" for the same game. Wouldn't it make more sense to use packages for this kind of thing?

That's just my assumption, for all I know, it could be anything.

It might be some sort of new Starter Pack that includes better content, seeing as one DLC package was made back in March while the recent ones were made yesterday. It could be like Starter Pack Mk2, while the three recent packages contain this new Stater Pack plus any type of Shark Card.

Hey tez if you can answer : for players that enjoy PvE content . Will the new update ( no matter what it is ) be enjoyable to them? You know the solo/ 2 player coop at most type of players.

Maybe they were using packages because Rockstar Games Launcher wasn't a thing back then?

Perhaps bundles are now added as DLCs to be recognized by the launcher so that it would handle the whole process rather than leaving everything to Steam. Just another assumption.
