There are new "Open Wheel" wheels that affect the car performance. New F1 cars as part of the drip-feed do have new advanced data which I'm assuming determine how each wheel affect the performance.

We know the wheels will only last so long when racing and will require pit stops. You can easily lose pieces of the car like the spoiler which drastically reduces grip. But knowing them, I bet you can simply respawn and bypass pitting all together

Jorge, Tim, Franklin, Maylay, and also Glen Quagmire will be playable in-game. 

 

The naivety doesn’t know when to sleep, apparently. To be clear: this is a game of concepts and we’re playing you, right now. If you have game and want the next experience to be a revolution, you have a mouth and the free reign to arm it with your wishes. The globe? Photorealism? Interiors? You never know when a concept could go from being just a concept one day, to being the world’s best friend on a future day. 

 

The next game will transcend sexy, you just don’t know it yet. Delays suck worse than Ron Jeremy’s 9-inch sledgehammer. We understand that, but the more you don’t know, the more your tears will flow. We’ve been watching and we’ll be watching your actions and reactions on behalf of ambition very soon. 

 

We think you are going to love our take of Next-Gen. GTA needed a boot to the formula: a reboot that is Getting That Ambition. ‘Grand Theft Auto’ itself is still the mainframe and the pulse of the experience, of course, but ambition will be pushing every gigabyte (and terabyte) of immersion out of the throttle and the code.

The wait is until thursday, tomorrow tunables are for rdro, the Albany looks sick can't wait, but maybe they drop all southern San Andreas first ??, The drift Yosemite looks promising... tunable guy if You are watching, don't play with peoples feelings

A Formula 1-inspired race mode.

A fully acknowledged Illegal Street Racing circuit, find some way of incorporating it into all the Land Races already in the game as well as a whole new bunch of tracks.

Doomsday Act 4 & 5 / Aliens.

Some form aquatic themed update, be it underwater/private island mansions or a Waterworld take of Arena War, like how the original was inspired by Mad Max and alien DLC concept art..

Someway of bringing back the Storymode trio since our characters stole the spotlight from their Storymode DLC's.
