Did we get confirmation they'd be adding them as a new wheel category?

I predict (hope for) quite a bunch of open wheel cars.

We often say, would they go to all that effort and then not bother to continue with something? like Benny's, arena vehicles etc..

But there are 20 sets of F1 wheels (10 sets with a separate rim coloured version for each) and obvs new races etc coming so I've got a good feeling about this one.

The Albany V-STR is the mostly likely candidate, but R* could release the Nagasaki Outlaw instead. Both cars are up next in their perspective websites.

I hope that they add a mid-1960s F1 car with the next DLC, for example based on the Lotus 25 and BRM P261.

 

It obviously wouldn't be better performance-wise than the upcoming 2 cars, but I'd buy one just for fun.

I had the V-STR as release on 30th Jan along side it being on the podium. Still don't understand why they do that though, I would release before, let people buy it and stick it on the podium later. Times have certainly changed.

Edit: I thought they removed the Open Wheels races available as bookmarks on PC, but they are still there.

I actually would be down for that if it's Midnight Club or a muscles and tuners heavy street racing equivalent. Add a few more open wheelers and maybe a racing kart. Street racing is one of the oldest yet unfulfilled requests.

I think what they did to the off-road wheels is a possible sign we may get better car customization for all cars in general.

Or maybe new rims... which he have gotten none of ever since the Heists Update, excluding F1's and Benny-bois.

I want new shoes in LSC.

And an updated wheel texture on all current wheels.

I said it before and I'll say it again; I'd be extremely happy if they added the stock rims that are exclusive to certain cars as an option in LSC.

 

Imagine the rims from the Schafter V12 on the Dubsta, or the Progen T20's rims on the Furia.

One of them is Roosevelt Valor which is highly likely to be planned for Valentines Day.

There's no order to the podium list and it's not done yet.

The new cars aren't the only ones that are still coming in future events, take the original Oppressor for example.

That fills the gap I had for the 13th - 19th. I guessed it would be one of the Roosevelt's or maybe (long shot) the Super Diamond to tie in with something else diamond related

Glad I was able to squeeze at least one casino heist in today after spending most of my time racing while online this past week.

 

Hoping the Albany drops tomorrow, I still can't muster any excitement for the Nagasaki UTV that's up next on SSA. Is the UTV even remotely competitive in the off-road class?
