Packie is a character from GTA 4, the murder locations and getting packie are separated events

Btw if you have troubles, start up Scope the Casino(In semi-populated lobby obviously) and just chill in the parking lot for a minute.

 

I was looking all over the map in Blaine County, trying desperately to get him to spawn. And I gave up, deciding to try the "OMG HE SPAWNS IN CASINO PREP SO MUCH" that people keep saying.... lo and behold he spawned!

 

I waited in the vineyard 10 minutes on 10 different occasions and he never spawned.

 

I love that they added random events but they should you know.... actually have set locations like the ones in SP and RDO? This random sh*t is just annoying. At least the Stalker comes to you, you need luck for Packie.

I was thinking this: Not only they don't let us buy a police car, but also, they don't let us take the noose outfit that you can use to leave the casino. If you go into a clothing shop, you can buy IF UNLOCKED WHILE DOING THE HEIST, a groupe sech oufit, a firemen outfit and plenty more of them with more of a criminal vibe, but guess what?! The noose outfit is the only one, as far i can tell, that you also use in the heist, like all the others, but is the only one that you can purchase! And even the FIB outftis, that you can buy, don't come with that FIB identification like in the mission, which if it doenst have that, the "FIB outfits" become just normal outfits. I don't understand why R* is so against we playing as cops. xP

 

Also...if they will had a new vehicle category, it's obvious that there's going to be another dlc's...they would do that just for the sake of two cars. I would like to see karts then. I think we will get surprised by future updates as ever we did. In this one they added quite JDM's, so i think i will see in the future one of my most expected cars: zr-350.

 

P.S.: one of the let downs of this dlc is the payouts of heists...for the time spend in preps and the difficult of them, it should pay at least twice more as it is now.

Future expectations: more arcade games and Billiards!

I think she runaway when I suicided inside the shop with my Pistol MKII because my character was so much covered in blood to take a picture .

 

On a side note, you can't almost change anything without the badge dissapearing so you are most likely stuck with that clothing options if you want to keep it. Of course if you change your outfit you loose it, but then if you choose back the saved outfit, it reappears normally. Hope this is helpful for everyone.

What's frustrating is they clearly said the outfits are there for "Roleplayers"

Yet we can't get NOOSE?!

 

The only logic I can see is that we're getting a cop themed update at some point(Maybe Dave Norton will be our contact for that?)

A Police DLC is clearly something the GTA community want. Other than adding a glorified adversary mode, which includes vehicles and outfits (basically Cops and Crooks from IV). I personally dont see how it would fit into GTA Online. I know how it works in FiveM but those servers are a completely different world compared to GTA Online. to the contrary I can see it being implemented in Red Dead Online easily.

So my question is what would be the narrative/reason for our characters to join the Police Department and how would roleplaying as police officers work in GTA Online?

Weird, I did the Big Con and every possible prep and I didn't had that. Maybe its random or it depends on he crew you picked? But yeah its possible, evil AI always comes back.

Yeah, i thought of that, but i didn't want to risk it. Urban legend says that R* was eliminating accounts of people that were saving outfits that they shouldn't be able to have. And my account is very dear to me. Playing since 2015...imagine losing that! x/

Naah that a myth for sure. All they can do is remove your saved outfits and thats it.

The casino is common area for all players in the lobby, so owning it and customizing would prove to be nonsense.

 

We had more than enough of business ventures, my radar is always clustered around the edges and I can't do anything about it because the property blips are unremovable.

I get wanting to have Packie as your gunman because of IV, but does he even offer any kind of advantage like Avi for hacking? If he has better guns for a lower cut that would be one thing, but aren't his guns like the tec 9 and Kalashnikov?

His weapon loadout that he offers are:

• Combat MG MK II & SMG MK II
• Heavy Shotgun & SMG MK II

His cut is 8%.

I think he's a very fair man to have on any team.

 

The hacker Avi is absolutely GORGEOUS, though. For 10% cut, you get a lot of more time in the Vault.

Nah, I have a big problem with the drilling hacking, I don't have any issues doing it during Fleeca but I had no idea how to do it here, either it's different or I am just rusty since I haven't done fleeca in forever.

hey guys i just unlocked a top called badlands revenge ll Eagle tee i unlocked it by shooting 40 wild life. Now i remember someone in are community done a spreadsheet on all the tops and how to unlock them with the last dlc we had now has any one made one yet ?

I find holding down L2/RT at full pressure, and lightly pushing forward on the stick seemed to work for me.
