Far as modern American cars go I think I'm simple, Hellfire gonna satisfy me a lot. If they should add another I want it to be a Cadillac. CTS-V. Been waiting too long for a new Presidente

People are arguing about generalizations, we could really use an image or something. Truth is lots of Americans drive compact cars. Lots of Americans drive giant trucks too. It's a huge country with a vast variety of people of all walks of life with many different tastes and preferences. You all sound like assholes. Which is unfortunate because I know you all aren't. You just need info.

I have a theory that maybe some people who buy trucks (and i'm not saying all truck owners are or think like that) do it for compensate some inferiority complex and want feel superior than the others, bcz they are in a higher point of view perspective from the driver seat in that kind of vehicles in relations to other people.

Also, they are use to strict regulations and having certain regulations on car lengths and ect. Also, they are use to seeing very small hatchbacks and ect on the roads. They are not use to seeing such big vehicles like we do here in the US. Yes, many do need info.

I remember someone said to me that in the old Cadillacs of yesteryear a person never spilled their drink as the ride was so smooth.

 

I am picturing a lot of people drink driving with whisky and occasionally running over children and not even noticing as their drink was still intact...

You're right, lol. I think we can't trash americans...despite the fact that they do that to the rest of the world quite often. LOL. And yes, not only in the US people drive trucks, or not drive compacts. Probably trucks are more convinient for americans since they have a huge country with miles and miles of highways and long roads in desert areas...Nonethless, if we are talking about inferiority complex here, when we talk about people who buy trucks to overshadow other people, what to say about those persons who buy golden cars, lol! But, let's close this conversation, like @Mach1bud said, it doesn't have anything to do with gta.

I’d prefer an old Caddie to be honest. Their new lineup isn’t special with the use of so many recycled parts and platforms. The Escalade, for example, is literally a rebadged Tahoe as far as I’m concerned. Wouldn’t complain about us getting a CTS, but it doesn’t scream luxury like some of the old stuff.

Saying Americans like trucks is probably the least offensive "trashing" I've ever heard lol. As for Americans trashing the rest of the world, all I can do is shrug and assume the person stating it has never known any americans lol. Generalizations are bad is my only point, generalize about America, generalize about Mexico, generalize all you guys want. It makes people look ignorant is all. It's right there with "black people like fried chicken" or "asians are poor drivers", they're just generic stereotypes, offensive or not...

I really hope this is the update they introduce the classic Hummer. Fingers crossed it’s one of the new heist vehicles we are able to store.

My big hope (for like 3 years straight) is the addition of the Savanna and the Oceanic. Would be amazing if this heist brought some watercraft and amphibious firearms, though. I mean, DDH brought scuba-suits even though we only really use them for a second or two in the bogdan finale. Maybe we'll get at least one aqua-centric mission or heist. Let me dream, people.

Nah...you're right. Generalizations are bad...but some stereotypes have at least (usually) a small portion of truth. Like the saying goes: "here there is smoke there is fire". Sometimes are cultural things, sometimes is ego things, sometimes is due the fact about some political, economical or socio-cultural factors, etc. But of course generalizatiosn is a bad thing.

That's a thing...i don't understand why adding scuba gear if there is nothing special to see underwater, at least for now...maybe R* added it for posterior dlc with a theme based in the sea.
