am i the only one that noticed that R* started updating to update the qabeta3 branch for L.A Noire and Max Payne 3?

L.A Noire started around 9 days ago and Max Payne 3 started yesterday.

could it be that R* now finally adds the new social club launcher from L.A Noire VR to the other games?

and that it will come to V in december?

@Spider-Vice speculated that it may have to do with the RDR2 PC release, look at the PC subforum of Red 2.

Could be or could not, but it's definitely interesting they started updating that launcher thing so long after it was dormant.

For some it is, for some it isn't. I don't want any updates anymore because it's not helping with stability or performance and at this moment I have more content in this game I've ever dreamt of. I want new map, new physics and new experiences and no update will get me closer to that.

 

By the way, in 4 days the thing is going to be 6 year old.

Rockstar updated tunables today.

The first daily objective for Thursday is now forced to be "Participate in the Stunt Series."

Looks like they aren't going to release the new Survivals.

I too want the things you're asking, but those require time and efforts and R* is surely working on those. Keep in mind that it has a lot studios focused on different projects, so one does not exclude the other. I personally believe that having some sort of "new content" for the Online is better than having a long,endless drought until some some sort of announcement drops. We know how open R* is on giving away informations.

Online is dead for me, no matter how R* will polish it. I'm a day one player and luckily there are recent games that are interesting enough to forget about this thing. Man, I've played this game daily since 2013 on three platforms!

I just want more QoL fixes and rebalancing, it's the only thing I truly ask for, everything else is a bonus.

RDO was dying, that's why, they had to revive it somehow by actually listening to the playerbase

This game tho? They have been running it for years and still making banks with each update, they are not worrying about people leaving.

Maybe GTAO touching sub 15 fps on consoles may attract some attention from R*, but I'm pretty sure they have resources for another update or two.

99% sure we dont, we just got a pretty big DLC and the dripfeed from that will last till at least Christmas, then at least 2 months of nothing before we get a new DLC, but likely longer.
