I was thinking that homeless guy aswell. After TBoGT you can read articles saying he went to Vice City but maybe he ended up making it big so he moved to LS and he bought the casino in which he named it after what saved him, the diamonds.

Lol perks of being in the Eastern U.S. I guess. Tunables update around 5:30am while I'm asleep and depending on the day the newswire comes out not long after I get up. Only problem is when an update drops, I'm in for an early morning!

Bit of a wild theory... 

 

GTA Released in September 2013

The original SP Casino DLC was meant for roughly a year after the release in 2014 if I am correct 

There is one prominent building in the city that has remained under construction for almost 6 years

 

What if the original plan was to complete the construction of the Mile High Club in a realistic time frame and brand it as the opening of the casino and resort ? The building to me has always been a bit of an eye sore and this would be the perfect update for R* to complete the construction and give it a purpose.

No because rockstar already mentioned its the one in vinewood.

As for the trailer speculation, I speculate it may be dropped:

a) a week before release date
b) a day before release date
c) at launch

Any Tuesday is excluded. It's a RDR2 spot.

As a note: 
After Hours trailer was dropped on July, 19th, while the release date was July, 24th. (a)
Arena War trailer was dropped at launch, on December, 11th. (c)

No matter what we get something tomorrow to hold us over to the following week(s). I know they will most likely show the interior, which is awesome, but I really would love to see the new vehicles!

 

Additionally, I mentioned this before, but the tease we got last week is still pinned to the top of R* social media pages, even with some significant announcements for RDRO that R* stated they are working on. So I think that's a good indication that casino dlc is next in line for R* games.

I went from 2nd to 3rd shift at work, so now i'm up at weird times..

 

Everything is possible....

1.

In GTA SA, CJ ran a casino with Wu Zi Mu. They robbed their competitor,Mafia Casino in the story line.

In GTAO we have conflict with the lost MC in certain MC missions.

As most business we run in GTAO are illegal(Only the night club 1/f is legal business) 

It is not strange for r* to put a rival casino in gtao again.......

 

2.

In GTAO, the office came with a single floor and get 3-floor garage and repair room in few patchs later. 

R* may give us Mile High or any construction site in this patch and allow us to upgrade it with huge amount of money.

 

3.

R* gave use a lot of choice for doing our free room cargo/product missions. Even some of the locations are weird, it keep us from starting our mc mission/delivery mission in the same location.

I can't imagine what is going to happen if 20 players try to start/finish their mission in the same casino.....

 

Anyway, we may have new/current support property outside casino for new mission....
