On the topic of artists though, I wonder if we’ll get any live performances within the resort? The newswire post we got a few weeks ago detailed that “first-class” entertainment would be available.

 

I think having a selection of artists that rotate every week or so would be great. It’d keep things fresh and give players more of an incentive to visit the “resort” part.

Live performances would be great, and a nice change from the nightclub with the same 4 DJ'S playing the same sets over and over.

I hope if they do make it like the nightclub it would be something you wouldn't mind seeing a few times, like a show or music. I think something like a comedy act would get pretty old quickly hearing the same jokes again and again.

Indeed. As it was said before, they're either playing and have no clue about the coming content or not playing at all. Most casual players have no clue about the DLC.

Just a reminder, tomorrow is gonna mark 1 month since the first teaser of the Casino. That doesn't count the first prop additions into the game, that happened more than 1 month ago

I have to admit that this makes all of crockstars prior errors look like amateur hour. My gut tells me we are now looking at the 25th or 1st week of August... Probably August and no matter how much money youve made before, pulling a boner like this will cost enough to really sting. I bet there are about 50k whose minds will now be a firm no on VI instead of maybe a yes. And sharkcard sales? I bet they probably just set $20+ million on fire, maybe up to $30. Squeakers buy shark cards and theyll likely be in school when the update hits or wi 10 days after. Someone should be fired over this.

My gut tells me a company that has made the most financially successful games of all time has a slightly better idea of the optimal timeline for releasing products than any of us do.
