Depends on the state i guess. If you can poker in RDO in those states, chances are that you are be able to gamble in GTAO. It also highly depends on the country. For instance, gambling of any sort is strictly forbidden in Belgium, but it's fully allowed in The Netherlands. Ahhhh, laws.

Yes you buy chips its made by the people who made the ps home casino. Chips start at $2 i think and you can buy as much as $20 or $50 worth in a single purchase. I know the have bowling in that game too. Its pretty fun

RDO Poker is available in every US state, but not some countries, I expect the casino to be the same

that means we might not get a second currency and might be able to gamble with GTA$, which is how I would prefer, I have plenty to gamble, if I have to earn a second currency to gamble I will but not nearly as much otherwise

I've gotten every gift and bonus offered, I do know that it isn't uncommon for people to not receive them but after submitting a ticket they do, probably too late now but next time I would submit a ticket
