It makes sense that they could be Benny's vehicles. Or at least a mix of arena and Benny's. The Vamos seems like it would make a great arena variant, while the Peyote has been a wanted Benny's vehicle since Benny's released.

What if those weren't meant for Arena War Part 2 ?

Maybe they were planning them for the casino all along ?

In that case if you said: "more vehicles were supposed to feature new variants maybe as part of Arena War", could have saved you the trouble of being pestered by the community!  
If i would take a guess, i think that could be some kind of "wheel of fortune" prizes, like, a huge discount in those vehicles or something in those lines.

Maybe the reason R* doesn't take time into consideration is because they operate on a different field of dimension ? Maybe time doesn't exist for R*......

Im holding steady to July 25th. Remember, the playerbase should shrink down a bit once school begins and thats around 2 weeks into August in most places. Waiting until Aug 2nd seems like a major error of caclulation; even R*s not that stupid, wait...

Does anyone maybe think this was a R* panic DLC. There was defo a shift in focus once RD was released and before anyone screams it at me i know they had separate development teams, but there was a noticeable decline in GTA development. Now they are releasing something thats been in the games code for years out the blue with an extremely limited promo. This style of off the cuff update with no info or real promo is very uncharacteristic of GTA updates.

Pretty sure the stuff they announced regarding this DLC is just to tease us on what's to come. I'm pretty sure this DLC will have a trailer, and a lot of promotion considering it's something we've wanted for quite a while.

R* woulda released it already if they could. They just have bugs to squash first. Im sure sam is crackin the whip, and they're in crunch mode.
