Do you define modern as being released last week or something?

First gen fighter jets were circa WW2 era, so yes anything within the last 50 years I define as modern.

I also requested the F22 which was produced in 97.

Keep in mind some DLC’s had no trailer or day of.  I wouldn’t not expect anything.

the A-10 Thunderbolt is from 72, that's within the last 50 years, the Tomcat was only introduced two years after the Thunderbolt

It's classed as a ground attack aircraft though. It's not a typical fighter jet capable of air superiority.

Different roles.

I requested a modern FIGHTER jet.

The B-11 is not that, regardless of whether it was produced in the last 50 years.

I imagine those who railed against the Hydra and Lazer being the scourge of GTA Online would probably turn up in force if that occurred.

I also think it'd be a bit silly if R* did that. It probably deserves a buff, but not in terms of rate of fire.

Nah, it's not really offtopic, since the vehicles are pretty meta in terms of gameplay. B-11 has a very good armor, but its firepower is a parody on A-10.

It's meant to excite the masses, to hype them up and being a counterpart to Lazer or Hydra.

I speculate we get some antiaircraft ground vehicles, especially the anti-Oppressor ones. It's bound to happen, since there must be something that looks better and is more powerful than "old toys."

I suppose we will at some point. I have a sneaking suspicion that the MK2 won't be altered in any shape or form, meaning that it would make sense to some people to release something equally as powerful to counter it, which doesn't make sense to me. Nerf the damn thing.

 

As far as Casino-related chat goes, I wonder if the valet parking will be optional.

To be honest the Anti-Aircraft Trailer with homing missiles is quite anti-Oppressor already, only problem is the countermeasures though.

I didn't contradict myself at all.

You're trying to twist my words, saying that since I defined modern FIGHTER jets as being within the last 50 years, then that also means the B-11 falls into that category, when it doesn't.

 

I quoted that guy because I wanted to make a comment on a field of aircraft that I'd like to receive more attention, rather than the B-11.
