The have been making quite a few new interiors for cars in the past 2 years, I'd expect the new cars would have some new interiors as well.

I don't care about new interior variety these days, just as long as they choose the best fit and make the trim modifiable. Oh my lord, I do not know why they add cars with trim colors and then add another car with literally the same interior and don't allow for you to change interior color. Impaler and Vamos for example. Was able to create a beautiful 60's style blue on blue spec for Impaler. Vamos comes with same interior. Just stuck with black. Rockstar, please explain. I mean, it doesn't make me like a car less generally, but it's still annoying. I understand certain interiors don't really seem to be made to be colorable (FMJ for example, and a few others) but when its an interior that has had options before... what's the deal?

It just irritates me from a design point of view, and because you know they could do it but didn't.

So I just found Rockstar's new feedback page. It's actually pretty in depth. They even have a page for phone calls. Maybe Rockstar will take more of our suggestions and feedback into consideration now?

It's pretty nice. It has a bunch of different options to provide feedback and suggestions for. It goes pretty in depth.

Why do people slay this?  RS has always incorporated user feedback into DLC’s and bug fixes.

And why do you keep on with the antagonizing responses to posts that werent directed at you in the first place? Maybe it's a language barrier or something, but damn dude.

Everyone knows Rockstar has taken feedback into consideration previously, obviously when referring to the new feedback page, they are saying maybe they will respond even more so now with player suggestions. They made it easier to give feedback for a reason, and it wasn't so they can listen less, they obviously want to listen more.

I know they do. I was the one defending them when people suggested that they don't listen to the community. I just meant they could take even more of our feedback in then they already do. I mean why make a new so in depth feedback and suggestion page, if they don't plan to use it more?

All these dripfeeding discussions got me thinking seriously, that the dripfeed will last for 6 months, just in time for us to start speculating about the possibility of December update.

Partly, maybe because they wanted to bring it up to par with Red Dead Online's Feedback page.

Though I certainly see them utilizing that more aggregated and sorted Feedback way better.

Rockstar is slowly but surely learning how "Online experiences" are developed best.

They are making small but very good steps, and I feel like in a few years, they are going to revolutionize that sector just as they revolutionized the Singleplayer Open World sector.

Even if the next GTA will be based on the same crappy network code (hello, can't even tell if the session is full before joining it) and around P2P, people will be glad to play it, because it's GTA, the only game in town, genre-defining stuff. Developing online experiences best, revolutions in online games? Honestly, I don't even the reasons for these things to happen, considering that GTA sells itself. If they kill the franchise somehow, maybe they'll try to revolutionize something, yeah. Otherwise, it's like with politics: democracy and oil don't mix.

That's not the way R* operates though.

GTA has always been bestselling, but yet R* has always pushed the boundaries of what is possible, tried new things out, innovated, whether people liked it or not.

GTA Online in itself was an innovation at the time of release, hence its incredible success.

The Three Character System in V, was a bold step, eventhough some people didn't like it, R* still tried to innovate and try something new.

GTA Online is still based largely on 2013 netcode.

Red Dead Online has got a lot better in that regard, synchronization and Matchmaking works a lot better there, imo, in Red Dead Online you can actually have a fist-fight without the players lagging out.(And yes there is still LOTS of room for improvement).

I believe with GTA VI R* will focus more and more, on the "Role-Playing" ascpects of an Online Open World. The After Hours Update, the Casino, both are an indication for a step into more roleplay based scenarios.

With Red Dead Online's next Update hitting this Summer, and perhaps an even bigger Update to follow it up around December, I think we will get a first glimpse of what R*s new type of Online World Design will be.

Sam and Dan Houser, actually do play their games themselves, while initially not interested in GTA Online, I think with the next one they have a special interest in it. Sam has always, even since GTA III, described his plans of a more structured Online environment.

Funny how the game can't check that or if a session is Invite only but it sure can notify you if there's no CEO/MC spots left before joining a session as a CEO/President yourself.

Slightly unrelated but wasn't Leslie Benzies the one who pushed for GTA Online becoming a thing, while the Housers weren't interested in the first place?

Because most Novas came with a basic black interior

Yes, but it’s important to differentiate. The Housers weren’t interested in GTA Online, but they sure as hell planned from the get go for a more structured Online experience, GTA Online wasn’t that(Cops and Crooks the pre Version of GTA Online was more like it, but that fell flat)

Reading through the Interviews of Red Dead Redemption II, and some old Interviews with R* too, it becomes apparent, the housers do have a vital interest in Online as well.

Maybe, though I was using it as an example. Despite the fact that well, quite a few Novas do have more bespoke specs still such as this red on red example, which I would've loved to have done:

nova-1972.jpg

idk im different, some people just like cars for a lot of reasons more related to function, but I've always been crazy about specifications and color schemes. If I can do a bespoke unique spec, I will. It's always fun to see

Oh I totally agree with you. It would be nice. I was just speculating on why they did the vamos interior that way.  Maybe come 5am Thursday the old casino turns into a pile of ruble. Ready to be removed and rebuilt into that posh resort they're talking about.

Lol.  Be cool tho

I still believe that those "suggestions" are barely looked at and goes straight to the spam folder. Remember one of the biggest complaint about GTA IV? It was the phone calls by Roman and they've made it 98.7 times worse in GTAO with not only the non-stop phone calls, but the text messages. There was an easy game balance fix for GTAO at first, remove the explosive cannons from the jets and nerf the tank, they did not listen. To this day, I still refuse to believe that R* changed, they'll do their thing and ignore us when we're asking for simple fixes.

Rdr is starting at the table with $25 then max bet is $5 I think.  So gta would be probably $10k ??   It’s all going to come down to if they follow rdr where your matched with random players. Blackjack, roulette, craps, slots are all played against the house while poker is pvp for their $$.  Players giving other players $ by playing poker is why I think it’ll be the rdr route.

10k sounds about right. You can give 9k to another player using bounty. But it wont be much more than that. They don't want players being able to exchange stuff or money.

$9k bounty, $10k races, heist payout % which is limited “no 100% shirt for anyone”.  If you can play with friends it’ll only be for small amounts.  Would be fun to take a couple mil off some friends though.

10k seems reasonable they would probably have some preventative measure where the winning player gets 60% of the bet
