billiejoearmstrong8 Posted June 23, 2019 Share Posted June 23, 2019 (edited) I don't have the game to hand to post what he says, but if you go to the settings in the menu (it's either in audio settings or display settings) and turn on subtitles then an English translation will appear on the screen when you call him. It's nothing that interesting, it's like 'you've reached the phone of Dimitri Rascalov, please leave a message' or something. Any time you're wondering what's being said in another language in the game having subtitles on will give you the answer as they're always translated to English/whatever language you have the game set to. Only time it doesn't work is with random comments from Niko/peds in freeroam (as there's no subtitles for that).
