So I went and spent 20-25 dollars of shark cards because it said I could get up to 80% bonus in each one when will I receive the bonus I’ve only received the base value for the shark cards

It has been more than 72 hours since i purchased a meg shark card with the 9.6 million bonus. I have not received my bonus only the base amount of 8 million which was applied immediately
