Allynbrant
over Half way through and have lost feelings for Arthur. Wish rock star would have written him with more back bone even with the TB, whining and dying doesn’t fit him. They could have made it where He got old, a survivor recluse in the grizzlies. JumpingKentFlash
He’s very well written. It’s not that he’s whiny at all. I see it more as Arthur trying to be the voice of reason for a guy that becomes increasingly insane and megalomanic. Arthur stays true that his rank, and tries to keep Dutch grounded. That becomes harder and harder for him, as D grows crazy. In the end, it’s mostly to draw a parallel I guess. A parallel that paints a picture of a somewhat decent man, who loses in the end, much as every Old West gunslinger did when the new world arrived to their territory. That’s my take on it anyway. Allynbrant
I can see that, I’ve played him as a good guy so makes it a bit harder to play his end.
