Recording/Streaming Setups

Unfortunately Ive been trying to get a recording/streaming setup for a bit now with limited amount of success. Im pretty sure my hardware is capable of recording and streaming Ive left specs below. I think it would be cool to have a sub forum dedicated to recording and streaming hardware/software troubleshooting. Id like to know what you use as far as hardware and software for recording/streaming on PC and console hopefully the replies can help me streamline my setup. Im not really sure where this post should go.

What sort of help are you looking for? Everything there looks fine - what's the specification on the RAM - latency / timings and speed are important.

I cant record commentary on my gameplay Ive tried with a condenser mic into my computers mic jack and nothing, The ram is CORSAIR Dominator Platinum DDR4 16GB 2800 Mhz.
