Can I still transfer from PS4 to PC?

I know they stopped transfers from last gen to current gen consoles. But Can I still transfer my character over to PC?

The only thing you can do is use same social club account. A very few awards may transfer and it will give you access to free vehicules (welcome return bonus)

 

You were probably too busy 1000% focused on reaching rank 2K so you missed the info :-o)

I still mainly play on PS4. But im low on money so I just wanted to check if I can transfer over to PC and get some free modded money, cause I dont want to grind

 

But I guess you cant transfer over, so no point discussing it anymore.

"Free modded money" on PC, lol you're kidding yourself right? You'd have to sit there for hours just to get a few million or give someone your account details and password, and in that case it's most likely not free anyway (and then I'd ask whether you want to take that risk if someone did that, and a few hours or days later you get suspended resulting in a full character wipe anyway?)
