weapon.dat explosives damage

Anybody knows how to increase rocket/explosives damage? I increased the vehicle health to make it more realistic ( shooting it with a pistol don't make a car explode), but it takes 200+ rocket launchers to do the job. I tried editing the weapon.dat but no luck.
