ok i know how to do it 

so i've downloaded the gta 5 blimp then i've convert ytf and ytd to a dff and txd file

DK's converter is meant to facilitate the work with V models in Zmodeler & 3DS Max, not to straight port models from one game to another. You need to still adapt the ported models with the game.

For using a mod made by somebody else you need to first ask for permission to port it. Once you got it you can freely convert it.
