Louise is my favorite Grand Theft Auto side-character and I always wanted to know what would've happened If she didn't die in front of Vic's eyes, so...

Vic would probably need to watch after her kid instead of continuing to deal drugs with Lance after taking the Mendez empire down and meeting his demise two years later.

I'm sorry but, wasn't Carl born in '68? He was 16 years old in 1984 (Which is the year where GTA Vice City Stories takes place) So, how in god's green earth would he not be born if Louise didn't die? Lol. Plus, they're not even related. Carl and his family are Super black, so... (No offense).
