I have bought the special edition of the game as I wanted some extra content rather than just the base game although after playing more of rdr2 online I've began to really enjoy it and wanted to buy the ultimate edition to get the steel book and online bonuses. I did hovever want to ask what would happen if I bought the ultimate edition and inserted those disks into my console? Would I have to reinstall the whole game or just update it, or rather just enter an aditonal code? As well as this I assume that progress of online would have been saved under my rockstar id so if the ultimate edition discs would be recognised all my progress would still be saved with additional bonuses?
