Fall FPS Problem

When i'm gassing on a stopped car, and swimming, i can feel a strong drop in fps, does anyone have any solutions?

 

In addition, the fall in fps also feels when it rains.

 

I'have: SilentPatch, 2DFX (+III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster), Widescreen Fix, Black Roads Fix

 

Ps. In III.VC.SA.LimitAdjuster I set FrameLimit = 105 (60 FPS)

The game is programmed to run at 30 FPS. If your machine is not up to Recommended Specs, you can expect sluggard motion.

Installing Mods can also affect game play unfavourably.  If you have Mods, ask in the Modding Section. https://gtaforums.com/forum/281-gta-mods/

Some details please,

• Which Version of the Game do you have?

1.       Console. (which one)

2.       PC DVD v1 (you are playing with the DVD in the Drive?)

3.       PC DVD v2 (you are playing with the DVD in the Drive?)

4.       STEAM Registered Down Load v3

5.       Mobile (Android or iOS)

6.       Stolen, (Warez, Torrent, Pirated), Game: No fixes to be found here, too many reasons not to work. Ask at the Source Site.

 

Recommended System Requirements for GTA: San Andreas:
