Add on bought from an american account does not work on and European Gta v disk.

I am new here, needed help

I have a ps4 pro which i bought in europe netherlands and with it i bought gta v far cry 5 standard and assassins creed origins.

After my friends told me about playstation plus i biught ps plus for a month. It is very hard to earn money in gta online for me so i went and bought a gta red online shark cash card for 2.99 dollars* (my account is an american account) but when i went and started the game nothing came or showed me a notification, so i went to the rockstar support website but actually today is saturday and i dont think i will be getting a reply today. So i will be updating you all on monday btw thanks in advance for your help.

I dont think R support will help you here. I highly doubt they will refund you. You purchased the wrong item so its your own fault unfortunately.

They do seem to work 7 days a week though and if you open another ticket there is a way to get live chat support. If you choose issue as connectivity, on the bottom will be an option for live support. They may be able to give you some info but idk.

I'm not even sure that I follow - if you're logged into your PlayStation account, and you're playing GTA Online, and from there you access the Store and buy a shark card, it should already be the correct item for your console or game type. 

 

If you bought it elsewhere - have you used the code provided to enable the money in-game?
