Can anybody give me advice with my graphics settings?

When I play GTA V on PC my game sometimes lags in different areas and the graphics can become pretty buggy at times.

 

Are there any known issues with certain graphics settings that cause problems and what settings should I probably not have completely maxed out?

 

PC Specifications:

GPU: Zotac GTX 1070 Ti

CPU: Intel i7 8700k

RAM: Corsair DDR4 16GB 3200Mhz

MOBO: Asus x Maximus Hero
