[Speculation] Rockstar Games will announce their next game later this year(Early 2020)

I believe R* will announce something later this year or early 2020 for game that's coming around 2021(1.5-2 years after the announcement and that how R* usually do) and the reasons why:

 

R* will try to exploit the time-frame of next gen arrival so probably around 2021 to release a cross gen game for more money and double dip. (probably like they did with GTA V) 

 

The game will surely not be GTA 6, so my guess is Bully 2 or a secret project we don't know.. 

 

RDR2 remaster for Next gen is unlikely imo because the improvement will not be that big and the consoles could possibly support backward compatibility.

I hope they don’t double dip again, I’d rather get a next-gen game in its full potential than a dumbed down cross gen.
