Character messed up - Xbox 360

There happened something strange, I was in a game, all of a sudden multiple players died by what seemed to be explosions, it is Xbox 360 - so no super weapons that exist only on Next Gen as far as I know.

 

When I respawned my character was messed up, wearing a mask I was not able to removed and a katana, also leveled to about level 5000 something (was 29 before).

 

When I restarted the game, my character looked normal but still had level 5000, what did happen here, I seem to be no longer able to join any heists with this character.

Grand Mod Theft Auto Online: old gen edition is even worse than PC. At least on PC we still get patches against some of the mods. Your best bet is contacting Rockstar support and ask them to fix your account.
