what you mean isn't color code but color allocations for carcol.dat

in example the default carcol setting of the car "alpha"

alpha, 58,1, 69,1, 75,77, 18,1, 32,1, 45,45, 13,1, 34,1

[Primary Color]=58 [Secondary Color]=1
or
[Primary Color]=69 [Secondary Color]=1
or
[Primary Color]=75 [Secondary Color]=77
or
[Primary Color]=18 [Secondary Color]=1
or
[Primary Color]=32 [Secondary Color]=1
or
[Primary Color]=45 [Secondary Color]=45
or
[Primary Color]=13 [Secondary Color]=1
or
[Primary Color]=34 [Secondary Color]=1

[Tertiary Color],[Quaternary Color] i don't know, i only know that it exist for the model file as well as script code
