Which main antagonist would work as a protagonist the best?

Voted billy because you actually see him hold his own, he seems like the type to go and stir sh*t on his own. 

 

My other choice would be ray bulgarin, but we didn’t really see him stir as much sh*t as billy.

Even though I see why lot of people chose Catalina, I’d love to see Frank Tenpenny or  Officer Hernandez as a protagonist. 

 

I hope that if the next GTA does anything with multiple protagonists- one of them is either an undercover cop or a crooked cop in an illegal business. 

 

Something about letting a law enforcement play both sides of the law is what interests me a lot.

Voted for Dimitriy Rascalov and Ray Bulgarin. They would make a good prequel in some kind of "More Episodes from Liberty City" Expansion. Two campaigns, about 30 missions each, lot's of cross references. Before they became leaders themselves, they had to work up the ranks and as both of them are friends, there may be some nice stories waiting to be told.

The way I see it, it would be pretty fun to have a DLC with Dimitri as the player until the endings of GTA IV unfold. Or depending on the choices you would also play the final mission from Dimitri's perspective but you'd end up dying in the end. We didn't see that in the series so far, which happened in RDR already twice though.

I've always wanted to see how things work from the antagonist's perspective, especially in GTA III, San Andreas, and the GTA IV saga.

I’m gonna say Catalina, she is batsh*t. She has a cartel backing her in 3 and runs away at the end but in SA she is pretty capable. Who wouldn’t run away if Claude was after you? 

 

I dunno about Billy, he might have some balls when he’s with the gang, but so does Brian. I doubt Billy would last long if he was outgunned on his own. 

 

I’m not sure why people are suggesting straight cowards like Dimitri, Bulgarin and Sonny who hide behind their goons or run away when the protagonist chases them.
