Premium Races support

hello, I'm really enjoying these races, but already a problem .. there are a lot of hackers, sometimes I get 20 minutes waiting to get in the race and a hacker messes everything up .. plus I lose 20k I waste my time .. I would like to propose a change , do not charge anything until the race ends, so when you find out you have a hacker in the race, just go out and not lose money!

Really? the solution is to quit the race? lose 20k and my time  for nothing, I propose changes to improve the experience.

 

its simple, if you leave before completing do not lose money.

Premium races is kind of meant to be "high stake high risk" kind of thing, wouldn't be that if you don't lose money

Obviously it has risks, but we're not here to defend hackers, correct? this is not allowed .. and it hurts who wants to play honestly.

Sorry to say but playing on pc you have that risk. No one here can do anything about t anyway but what exactly are these hackers doing?

This change is not going to pass. Nice thought, but the race meant to be a betting race, even if we take the cheaters into account, no risk for 1/8 chance for a big reward defies the idea.

 

What you can do while still in the lobby:

Leave the lobby if you see anyone with a kd over 3.0 , that doesn't necessarily means they are cheating but there's a high probability.

Leave the lobby if you see someone without a rank, most probably cheating.

Leave the lobby if someone has the "LOADING" status for over a minute. High probability they are cheating.

If someone seems too high ranked, they are probably not cheating, there are a lot of high ranks in these races usually, if they are above 2500 i'd consider leaving the lobby though.

 

If you encounter a cheater mid race, stop report and leave. If you can finish second or third might consider saving on the loss and completing the race, then quickly report if you can.

 

There will always be cheaters, do not let them discourage you. I play these races regularly on PC and I only encounter cheaters on about 3/10 races, which is not too bad. 7 clean fun races are worth the loss of 20k here and there.

they use speedhack, session kickam, teleport

 

I look for some solution because I really like these races, but the hackers spoil everything

You can lag yourself out during the race, just like you do it to create solo sessions. Finish anyways and you'll get your 20k back. Remember to report the cheater clown first.

Lag yourself out of the race by doing a session split, then just complete the race, you will be paid back your 20k and will be able to try again.

the hacker problem is so common these days , last week i quit like 4 races ... hackers were everywhere , at least I had the time to report them ...

but premium races are a joke too , since slipstream is on ...

Make sure you report players for the reason "Other" and actually type out something - it's more likely to be successful that way.
