RDO Ability Cards: Damage Bonus/Reduction

Anyone know if the bonus of "little more damage," "more damage" and "much more damage" bonuses on ability cards are the same amount of bonus? Or do they differ with each card? 

 

Example... Horseman III and Peak Condition III. Do they provide the same damage bonus at the same ability card level?

Or does Landon's Patience III offer more damage due to it being only benefiting your first shot, as opposed to all shots taken on a horse with Horseman?

 

The question bleeds over to damage reduction as well, but I'm guessing the answer to the above will cover both. Next step would need a detailed guide on exact bonus each card applies.
