kevaxe2k2
All the other GTA titles are on there and sooo many other games from that time frame are available, but not the biggest of them all. Thought maybe with the ten year anniversary--but that came and went. Tempted to buy another system, but seems silly for one game.
El Penguin Bobo
I don't see it happening anytime soon or even at all. It's backwards compatible on the XB1 though. I think GTA IV was a thing in the past for Rockstar and they seem to not care about it anymore... it's a shame really. kevaxe2k2
Pyrrhic
I don't think so, at least not in the foreseeable future. Like mentioned, GTA IV would be pretty far down the list of priorities, and it's probably the case that it is overshadowed by San Andreas (which keep in mind only came out less than four years prior) in terms of 'nostalgia' factor i.e. people wanting to play older games to remember parts of their childhood. I also believe Rockstar have become especially lazy with stuff like this. I think the cost of outlaying, producing, marketing a remaster of some sorts would probably outweigh the costs from an economic standpoint. There's not much point developing this when they make enough money from modern microtransactions from newer games. I don't really game anymore but I have a PS4 sitting around wasting away and would play the hell out of GTA IV on it, even without a remaster. I have an attachment to most of my save slots on PS3 so would be good to have another set to play around with without the need to overwrite old ones. I just don't see it happening anytime soon. kevaxe2k2 and Liberty-TG

Guest
PS5 more likely if Sony manages to bring PS3 backwards compatibility inside their new console.
