I feel bad for new gen players + an opinion

As someone who loves GTA Online, I feel like R* implemented too much into it on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.  I know the majority of players love the new DLCs, heists, jobs, etc.  But I've played on my nephew's xbox one a few times and it really just confirms what I mean.  Especially with the weaponized vehicles.  Other than how much it costs to even purchase those types of vehicles.  The grind you have to go through to even make enough money, unless you were one of the lucky few who had a ton of money on your old gen accounts and transferred them to new gen.  It makes me glad I stuck to old gen, sure, modders and hackers get annoying but I'd much rather deal with them than with Oppressor and Orbital Cannon griefers.  Not to mention the tryhards in old gen aren't as bad.  I've been watching a few vids on them and the abuse of BST and Ghost Organization is ridiculous.  Why did R* even include BST into the game? I understand it gives decent offense/defense, but there should be a cooldown for it.  Do you guys think R* implemented too much?
